KVS to award Certificate of Excellence to high performing teachers, principals

New Delhi, Dec 2 (UNI) Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) will award Certificate of Excellence to 3,488 of its teachers and principals as a token of appreciation for producing outstanding results in their subject areas for 2015-16 session.
The certificates under three categories -- Principals, PGTs and TGTs -- will be issued by KVS Commissioner Santosh Kumar Mall and Additional Commissioner (Acad) UN Khaware.
The principals under whose guidance the school has secured 100 percent result in Class X and XII with a minimum 65 Performance Index (Class XII) and 20 percent students getting 10/10 CGPA in 2015-16 have been chosen for this Excellence Certificate. The number of such principals for Class X and XII are 107 out of about 1000 Principals across the country.
