Seoul, Sep 29 (UNI) Indian ace shuttler Saina Nehwal crashed out of the Korea Open as she lost to Japan's Nozomi Okuhara 21-15, 15-21, 22-20 in the quarterfinal of the tournament here on Friday.
In a nail biting match, Okuhara came back from 16-20 down to win the game (22-20) to play top seed Akane Yamaguchi in the semifinals of the tournament.
Saina had not lost even a single game before this match in the tournament.
With this defeat, Indian hopes has come to an end in the tournament.
This is Okuhara's fourth win over Saina in 10 encounters, while Saina has defeated her six times.
