New Delhi, Oct 23 (UNI) Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Friday laid the foundation stone for the new wing at Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan Hospital.
The building with a capacity of 1,500 beds is a step towards providing high-quality healthcare amenities in the city.
'Today is a remarkable day for Delhi. A state of the art building with cutting edge medical technology block is being added in Delhi’s LNJP hospital. With an additional 1500 beds, this building will increase the overall capacity of LNJP hospital to 3800 beds. In 2.5 years, LNJP will be one of the biggest hospitals in the country with a modular design and modern medical infrastructure,"Mr Kejriwal said.
