Kejriwal dole out poll promises in Goa, 80 pc job for local if voted to power

Panaji, Sep 21 (UNI ) Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday announced various welfare measures ahead of the assembly election in Goa and said if AAP comes to power it will reserve 80 percent private jobs for the locals.
Addressing a press conference around 16 km away from the capital city at Mapusa, Mr Kejriwal said, "eighty percent of jobs, including in the private sector, will be reserved for Goan youths. We will pass a law making it mandatory for private industries to employ 80 per cent of workers from local people,” he said.
He said APP will also provide an unemployment allowance of Rs 3000 per month till they find the job and a remuneration of Rs 5000 to the families dependent upon the mining and tourism industry till these sectors are normalized.
