Karnataka Law Minister asks EC to act against PM Modi's remarks

Hubballi, April 23 (UNI) Karnataka's Law Minister, H K Patil, has called on the Election Commission (EC) to register a suo moto case against Prime Minister Narendra Modi over his alleged remarks at a recent election rally in Rajasthan.
Patil has urged the EC to disqualify Modi from participating in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Addressing the media here, Patil referred to Modi's speech at an election rally in Banswara, Rajasthan, where the Prime Minister stated that if the Congress were to come to power, it would redistribute hard-earned money, valuables, and wealth among "infiltrators" and "those who have more children".
