Jharkhand: Nearly 100 bikes gutted as two wheeler showroom catches fire in Lohardaga

Lohardaga, May 24 (UNI) A major fire broke out in a two wheeler showroom located under Sadar Police Station area of this district. Nearly 100 bikes, old and new, were destroyed in the fire.
Fire engines had to battle for more than half an hour to douse the flames.
It is being suspected that a spark may have emanated from the electric motor of the water pump operating in the backyard of the showroom and one of the tyres might have caught fire which soon engulfed other motorcycles.
