JD(U) controlled crime, corruption in Bihar: Nitish Kumar

Patna, Oct 25 (UNI) Claiming to have established rule of law in Bihar by controlling crime, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Sunday said that the law and order scenario in the previous government was deplorable.
Addressing an electoral meetings in Madhubani, Darbhanga and Muzaffarpur, Mr Kumar said that along with law and order condition, the developmental scenario of the state was in shambles and after coming to power, he controlled the crime and the prevailing corruption as well as communal feelings.
He said that according to the National Crime Record Bureau, Bihar is on 23rd rank in the list of crime.
