Jai Ram Thakur announces to end stalemate over delay in Central University of Himachal Pradesh

Shimla, Jul 13 (UNI) Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur on Friday announced to end the deadlock over last nine years delay the creation of permanent campus of Central University of Himachal Pradesh (CUHP).
Mr Thakur presiding over the progress over central government project coming up in the state of Himachal Pradesh here today directed the state officials to expedite the process of land allotment as the temporary campus of Central University of Himachal Pradesh is running at Shahpur and Dharmshala since 2009 when the first central university got established.
Successive Government in last nine years could not end the suspense as it remained failed took the decision over the permanent campus of CU-HP in the state and the matter was also delayed for political gimmicks as the university campus was being tried to announced at Dehra in Kangra instead of Dharsmshala.
