J&K DGP for implementation of modern tech

Jammu, Mar 2 (UNI) Calling for use of modern technology in different areas of policing, Director General of Police (DGP) K Rajendra Kumar today said that innovative methods are necessary to bring tangible changes in the methods of investigation and crime detection.
Addressing a State level meeting of Crime and Criminal Tracking Network System (CCTNS) Empowered Committee meeting here, Mr Rajendra stressed for coordinated efforts by all concerned agencies to roll-over and facilitate working at police station level.
He asked for completion of the project and its result orientated functioning to improve police working in the State.
