Issue of no ST certificates to Gond, Kharwar communities raised in UP assembly

Lucknow, Feb 13(UNI) Opposition Samajwadi Party on Tuesday raised the issue of non-election of deputy speaker in the state assembly and refusal of schedule tribe certificates to Gond and Kharwar schedule caste communities in 13 districts of Uttar Pradesh.

Both the issues were raised through a special mention under Rule 300 of the House which was, however, rejected by Speaker Hridya Narain Dikshit.
