ISKCON to take out Rath Yatra on Apr 30 in Jammu

Jammu, Apr 20 (UNI) Jammu based ISKCON is going to take out ‘Rath Yatra’ on April 30 in the winter capital of the state.
‘’On April 30 ‘Rath Yatra’ festival will be celebrated and the procession of the Lord will start from Red Cross Bhawan at 12 noon and will culminate the Temple,’’ Navayogendra Swami Maharaj here told reporters.
He said that the pulling of Rath (Cart) during the procession by the devotees symbolizes the attempt of the residents of Varindavan to bring Krishna, Balarama and Subdhara back to Vrindavan from Kurukshetra.
