Invest in India's 1st hi-tech greenfield smart industrial city project in Gujarat: developer

Pune, Sep 28 (UNI) Leading property developer, Jignesh Joshi, on Saturday invited the city's businessmen to invest in upcoming infrastructure project in Dholera of Gujarat, which is the first hi-tech greenfield smart industrial city of the country.
Informing about ongoing Dholera project, he said it is spread on 2,27,336 acres land, encompassing 22 villages in Dholera taluka of Ahmedabad district, and is envisaged to be bigger than the Ahmedabad city, also, it is twice the size of Delhi.
The Dholera project is strategically located between the industrial cities like Ahmedabad, Baroda, Rajkot and Bhavnagar, he noted and claimed that infrastructure of this city would be better than Hong Kong and Singapore.
He also claimed that once completed, this would be a major industrial hub.
Mr Joshi, who has received the Best Developer's award of the country recently, is touring various places in the country to share information about the Dholera project.
Ms Smita Mandevia, Consulate of the Republic of Mali, Mr Bhimsen Agarwal, chairman of Essen Group, Suryakant Kakade of Kakade Group, Rajendra Pawar of Roshni Construction and Dr Ajaj Shah, chief executive officer of J Joshi Infractures, were present on the occasion.
