Indian legal fraternity should first serve marganised : President Kovind

Belagavi Sep 15 (UNI) President of India Ram Nath Kovind has said that the law fraternity of India was working with a mission to fight for justice for poor and most marganised sections of the society and was an example for global law practitioners.
Speaking at the Platinum Jubilee commemoration of the Karnataka Law Society and Raja Lakhambouda Law college here, President Kovind said higher education which was close to his heart should be priority and law education should take the next step.
Practice of law in itself is calling for a different dimension today. This bring into focus the young students that enter the law colleges and sensiting them to cater to the call of calls from poorest of the poor will be important, he said.
