Indian Army celebrates 107th Raising Day

Pune, Feb 14 (UNI) The Corps of Signals of the Indian Army celebrated its 107th Raising Day on Wednesday.

The aim and objective of the Corps of Signals is to make the Indian Army a Network Centric Force in times to come. Since its inception on February 15, 1911, Corps of Signals has gone through evolution in communication technology. Today, the Corps is well poised to exploit the state-of-the art communication techniques for meeting the changing requirements of the Indian Army in the 21st Century, an official statement said.
