Flanked by Union Minister of State for Panchayati Raj Nihalchand and in-charge of BJP political affairs of Maharashtra Saroj Pandey, Mr Gowda told newspersons here that his Ministry was trying to develop the country as a hub of arbitration, for which the existing Arbitration Act would be amended.
