New Delhi, Jan 8 (UNI) Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday congratulated Indian skipper Virat Kohli and team for gaining victory against Australia on its soil becoming the first Asian team to win Test series down-under on Monday.
"Congratulations to Virat Kohli and the Indian cricket team for the first ever win by a subcontinent team in a test series in Australia" Imran wrote on his twitter handle.
The last Test match between India and Australia ended with a draw, weather playing a spoilsport before visitors won the series 2-1, ending 71-year long due which will be remembered for a long time in record books of cricketing history.
