Guwahati, Dec 2 (UNI) The placement for the academic year 2022-23 at IIT Guwahati (IITG) started on a firm footing with a total of 168 offers made by 46 companies with the highest offer of Rs 2.4 crore per annum, authorities said.
The institute received two international offers, the highest being Rs 2.4 crore per annum, besides a highest domestic offer of Rs 1.1 crore per annum on the first day of placements on Thursday.
An IITG official said the 168 offers included job profiles such as software development engineer, core engineer, UX designer, VLSI, vehicle engineer, analyst and product designer.
