Police said 180 cartons of foreign liquor were seized from the stationary truck at the village following a specific intelligence input. Sources said that peddlers made good their escape from the spot after they got inkling of the police raid. Police said that the seized liquor worth nearly Rs 10 lakh was manufactured in Punjab.
