Gangtok, Dec 22 (UNI) Minister RB Subba led Human Resource Development has adopted DIKSHA system in the education sector.
It is anticipated that the Digital Infrstructure for Knowledge Sharing –DIKSHA would lead to upgrading of standard of teachers and educational system from class1 to V in Government Schools. State Council of Educational Research & Training, HRDD has trained concerned teachers from across all the four districts of Sikkim, with the aim to rehash the text books while equipping the teachers with advanced digital technology, pooling and sharing content.
Under the system, the Quality Response Code (QRC) would be inserted in the text books for classes 1 to V. This will be applicable to each chapter of the english, mathematics and environmental studies text books.
