HP government attempting to Deprive Kangra of CUHP : Bikram Thakur

Kangra, Sep 1 (UNI) Bikram Thakur, BJP MLA Jaswan –Pragpur constituency, today criticised the inspection of the central team for selecting the new site for Central University at Jadrangal when the
site for the CUHP at Dehra has already been selected and approved.
He told UNI that the Congress Government is in power for the last four years but it has failed to provide suitable land for construction of Central University. Bikram Thakur said the state government offered about 7,000 Kanals of land at Dehra and transferred it in the name of Central University through a Cabinet decision. after it received an assent from President of India in 2009.
