Hoshiarpur police nabs 6 criminals; seizes weapons, intoxicated powder

Hoshiarpur, June 30 (UNI) In its drive against anti-social elements, the district police have arrested six criminals and recovered weapons, intoxicated powder and motorcycles from them.
Those arrested have been identified as Gurpreet Singh alias Raju of Alowal, Jagtar Singh alias Jagga of Dalamwal, Harmanjot Singh alias Harman of Damunda, Rohit Kumar alias Kala of Bassi Wajid, Hardeep Singh alias Deepu of Ahrana Kalan and Sukhchain Singh alias Bindu of Bajraur.
However, their two accomplices Sukhvir Singh alias Sukha of Begampura and Sonu of Daroli managed to escape.
