By Rita Sachdeva

New Delhi, July 22 (UNI) His Company Verzeo offers certified courses on AI-based learning of various technologies, which, at this date, is not being successfully delivered by any other startup of the domain, says the 20-year-old entrepreneur.

Verzeo Founder Vungarala V Subrahmanyam dropped out from Manipal Institute of Technology in his third year at the impressionable age of 18 to start his entrepreneurial journey. He started working during his first year of engineering in Manipal, wherein he laid the foundation of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).

'Verzeo, an 'Invisible Mentor', trains students using Al based software with the motive 'Learn Here Lead Anywhere',' says Subrahmanyam while talking to UNI.

Before Verzeo, he had established another Start-up Transtele. Taking inspiration and bringing his expertise from his previous start-up which was sold to a tech-giant company, Mr Subramanyam focussed on making the corporate community a better place, one student at a time.

This young entrepreneur started with with a meagre amount Rs one lakh but has a turnover Rs 2.5 crore now.

Verzeo's crowd-sourcing project and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based learning is taking advantage of the Skill India platform which was initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and is helping both companies and students.

'Companies that fall short of workforce, approach them for their pressing requirement of skilled personnel wherein Verzeo AI based software matches the company’s business requirements with an appropriately trained and skilled workforce in the form of students,' he said.

While students achieve valuable work experience and ensuring monetary incentives, organisations fulfill their requirements in an economical manner, he added.

Students, fresh out of schools or pursuing Under Graduate or Post Graduate courses, are provided courses both Online and Offline and prepared for the corporate world.

'Verzeo is a sui generis start-up and competently deploys artificial intelligence software to their e-learning platform, thereby enabling students to efficiently develop skills essential for their chosen and respective work industry, ' said Subrahmanyam.

His company partners with various Tier 2 and Tier 3 educational institutions and reaches out to the students, he said, adding that 'It also works closely in collaboration with various industrial firms like Microsoft Corporation to provide the students with the necessary and beneficial internship opportunities'.

It started off with only 30 students but in due course of time, the numbers has grown exponentially to over 80,000, of which, more than 7,000 students are enrolled in offline courses.

'Verzeo aims to have a student base of over 3,00,000 across India by the end of 2019,' says Subrahmanyam.

Working professionals learning to adapt to the ever-changing technological world can also apply for the course, he said.

Programmes provided by the company include Artificial Intelligence, Azure Cloud Computing, Block chain Technology, Cyber Security, Web Development, Machine learning with Python, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Technology-based programs, share Point, Power PI, Selenium, DLSI and 50 stimulating courses in collaboration with Microsoft Corporation as their authorised education partner.

Ritesh Agarwal, Founder of Oyo rooms, inspires the young enterpriser.

For budding entrepreneurs, his advice is 'Don't get discouraged by anyone. Start working whenever you plan anything.'

After evaluation from leading investors and business analysts, Verzeo is pegged for a figure close to 15.5 million dollars. The company has successfully raised funds in Private Equity of one million dollars already.
