Highest-ever launch in 1st half of 2022 in Pune: Gera Pune Residential Realty report

Mumbai, Jul 6 (UNI) The Gera Pune Residential Realty, a 50-year-old brand, has stated in its report that the sale of homes increased drastically in the first half of 2022 in the Pune market, as compared to first half of 2021.
For the half year ended June 2022, a total of 54,845 homes were brought to the market, up by 106 per cent over 26,611 units during the corresponding period of last year.
Similarly, for the 12-month period, 1,15,996 homes were brought to the market between July 2021 and June 2022, up by 80 per cent over total 64,671 units during July 2020–June 2021.
Meanwhile, 70 projects have been launched in the luxury segment (with average price of over Rs 10,000 per square feet), which has contributed to the significant rise in average prices across the city, the report said in a release.
