Heavy rain likely to occur in AP, Telangana: Met

Hyderabad, Sep 25 (UNI) Heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places in Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam districts of North Andhra Pradesh and East Godavari district of Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Anantapur, Kurnool & Chittoor districts of Rayalaseema during the next 24 hours, Meteorological Centre said on Friday.
In a bulletin here, it said that heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh for four days from September 26, in Telangana during the next 48 hours and on September 29.
Thunderstorm with lightning is likely to occur at isolated places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the next five days, in Telangana during the next 48 hours and on September 29, in South Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the next 48 hours and on September 29, in Rayalaseema during the next 48 hours and on September 29.
