Heartfulness Institute achieves milestone of successfully replanting over 1,000 trees

Hyderabad, Apr 30 (UNI) Heartfulness Institute, located at Kanha Shantivanam, here on Monday announced that it has successfully completed a milestone of translocating over 1,000 trees in just over a year, with the re-plantation of the latest batch of 120 coconut trees aged around 15 years from Karur District in Tamil Nadu.
Sixty trees in the recent batch arrived at Kanha Shanti Vanam on Saturday and the Heartfulness team successfully replanted them within the Shri Ram Chandra Mission premises in Kanha Shantivanam. With this, the Heartfulness Institute achieved the rare distinction of having undertaken such a massive initiative of not just relocating but also nurturing the trees. Every year the tree’s existence brings incremental benefits, by extending the longevity of the trees, and Heartfulness Institute preserves these benefits for the planet.
Speaking on the achievement Mr Kamlesh Patel, also known as Daaji, the fourth Global Guide of Heartfulness said, “Trees are the single most important assets on this planet. Their role and usefulness are beyond measure and most often our understanding.

Bhopal, Nov 29 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan expressed satisfaction on Sunday over the rate of novel coronavirus infection declining in the state owing to ceaseless endeavours.
“Earlier; approximately 1,800 fresh cases were being reported daily but that figure has declined to the vicinity of 1,500. However, greater alertness is imperative vis-à-vis Indore and Bhopal districts where containment zones have been demarcated,” the senior politician was officially quoted as saying during a review meeting.

CRPF Jawan cremated in Nashik

Nashik, Nov 29 (UNI) The mortal remains of Assistant Commandant Nitin Bhalerao of CoBRA 206 battalion of CRPF killed on Saturday night in Sukma district of Chhattisgarth was cremated with full military honours at Amardham in Nashik this evening

Bhalerao's body was brought to his residence 'Shriji Shrishti' in Rajivnagar after landing at Ojhar Airport from Raipur. His funeral procession was taken out from the chariot decorated with flowers after the funeral procession of the mourners and the people present. His brother was cremated at Amardham in Nashik today evening.

4 babies die on single night at govt hosp

Shahdol, MP, Nov 29 (UNI) The District infirmary administration has gone into a tizzy after four infants died at the Special New-born Care Unit on the intervening night of November 26-27.
Civil Surgeon VS Bariya attributed one of the fatalities to pneumonia but denied any negligence on part of the hospital staff.
