Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jun 27 2016 8:05PM HC restrains Amitava Lala Commission to question CPI(M) leader Kanti Ganguly in Ananda Margis killing caseKolkata, Jun 27 (UNI) Calcutta High Court today restrained the Amitava Lala Commission probing the killing of 17 Ananda Margis here in 1982 from questioning CPI(M) leader Kanti Ganguly. The high court, however, held that Ganguly could depose before the commission and say whatever he knew about the incident. Justice Dipankar Dutta asked Mr Ganguly to appear before the commission whenever summoned. The court order came on a petition petition filed by Mr Ganguly.
