Patna, July 6 (UNI) Patna High Court on Wednesday directed to maintain the status quo till the disposal of the case on the anti-encroachment drive launched by the administration in Rajiv Nagar locality of Patna.
Justice Sandeep Kumar while hearing the petition filed by residents of Nepali Nagar of Rajiv Nagar locality of Patna against the demolition drive launched by the district administration of Patna to clear the alleged encroachment on land of Bihar State Housing Board, directed the authorities concerned to maintain status-quo there till final disposal of the case.
The bench also sought list of Managing Directors of Bihar State Housing Board, Station House Officers (SHOs) of Rajiv Nagar locality and other concerned officials posted, having jurisdiction of Rajiv Nagar locality during the last 25 years.
