Govt to bring ordinance to solve disputes over cremationin Kerala

Thiruvananthapuram, Jan 1 (UNI) Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Wednesday said the Government will bring an ordinance to solve disputes over burying bodies in cemetery.
Addressing a press conference here, the Chief Minister said disputes between Orthodox and Jacobite factions over the issue are creating tension in the society.
The ordinance will help believers to bury the bodies of their relatives in their family tombs. The Government decided to bring the ordinance following the intervention of the Human Rights Commission in this regard.
