Government making efforts to ensure development reaches to the last person in the society : CM

Pakur, Dec 8 (UNI) Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today said that the dreams which were behind creation of a spate state were never realized to the politics of coalition in which the leaders became rich and people of the state remained backward however his government in the last four years has tried to make sure that progress reaches to the last person in the society.
Addressing the Jan Chaupal programme organised in Samresha village of Sonajor panchayat of this district, he said apart from the annual budget allocation the state government would be giving additional Rs 50 crore for development of the Santhal Pargana region and said that Pakur was among the most backward districts of this area.
He said, those who claimed to be a champion for the people of Santhal Pargana used them just for vote and left the people behind and said that opposition had spread fake rumours that BJP government would loot the lands of the tribals however in these four years there is not a single instance where land has been forcibly taken from the people but it was those people who violated the CNT/SPT Acts and grabbed the land of the poor and middlemen active in the area.
