Talking to mediapersona after the cabinet meeting, Chief Minister Laximikant Parsekar said that Justice’s Mishra’s name was cleared after consulting with chief justice of Bombay High court and the leader of opposition Pratapsingh Rane and was recommended to the governor for his appointment.
