FTCCI Excellence Awards announced

Hyderabad, Jul 11 (UNI) The prestigious Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry ( FTCCI ) excellence awards were announced here on on Thursday.

Speaking to newsmen on the occasion, FTCCI Chairman Anil Reddy said that the FTCCI Excellence Awards have been instituted to recognize corporate, institutions, entrepreneurs and individuals for their outstanding contribution/achievements in select areas and to promote corporate and individual initiatives in economic, social and educational areas.

The entries received are thoroughly scrutinized by an independent Jury comprising of eminent persons and experts who made the final selection for the Awards, he said.

The awards were announced in 12 categories. They included Mahindra & Mahindra Limited Zaheerabad awarded with Excellence in All Round Performance, Avantel Limited Visakhapatnam awarded with Excellence in Research & Development, Shanmukha Agritec Limited Hyderabad awarded with Excellence in Agro Based Industry, Coastal Corporation Limited, Visakhapatnam Awarded with Excellence in Export Performance, GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited Hyderabad Awarded with Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility and Le Gazole Plus eco Solutions Private Limited, Hyderabad Awarded with Excellence in Product Innovation.

The award Jury consisted of Justice TNC Rangarajan Retd Judge –High Courts of Andhra Pradesh and Madras, Justice V Bhaskar Rao Retd Judge Andhra Pradesh High Court, Prof M.Rammohan Rao Dean Emeritus IndianSchool of Business, Dr S K.Rao Dean Emeritus Administrative Staff College of India and Dr M Gopalakrishna, IAS.(Retd.)
