From usual to unique: Ease Your Life provided all services during COVID times

New Delhi, Sep 25 (UNI) From usual services, such as delivering food and grocery; providing cabs and catering to household repairs, to unique requests like delivering breastmilk to a hospital for a week; dropping your pet to a friend's place; or holding your bag while you shop, a hyperlocal start-up is providing just about any possible facility to it's customers, at the touch of a button.

Meet Mumbai-based Ease Your Life, a hyperlocal start-up that can help you run your daily errands. As the name suggests, it provides personal assistance of all kinds and is easily accessible through your mobile phone.

All you need to do is place your service request through one of the many ways to reach them, the Ease Your Life app, its website, over a phone call, or even a WhatsApp message, the hyperlocal start-up said in a statement.

"The operation model is pretty simple - You have a task? Ease Your Life will do it for you. It could be as elementary as fixing a broken pipe or something unusual like getting a five kg wedding cake halfway across the city," explains Shashwat Bhatt, Co-founder at Ease Your Life.

The bouquet of services that the start-up provides is ideal in today's times when keeping social distance and staying at home has become the utmost priority to stay safe. "The services are greatly helpful for the elderly (and living alone) and for millennials who are busy professionals working from home and would rather not venture out of their homes," informs Jaymin Trivedi, Co-Founder of EYL.

The service spans across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida. "After gaining a great response in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai, we have launched our services in Delhi and NCR," Mr Bhatt further said. The company plans to expand its footprint in other metros and tier-2 cities in the coming months.

Delivering breast milk for a week from a point to the hospital every day; helping organise and clean a customer’s wardrobe; shopping assistance in holding a customer’s bags (Shadow shopping); helping a new mother with babysitters, are among the unique services the start-up provides, the statement added.
