New Delhi, Dec 17 (UNI) Foggy weather conditions persisted in the national capital today affecting train services, leading to trouble for the commuters. The minimum temperature had seen a sharp decline yesterday. Today, it settled at 8 degree Celsius. However, train services in the city have been affected due to the prevailing fog conditions. As many as 12 trains were rescheduled and 52 Delhi-bound trains were running late. The flight services remained largely unaffected. The national capital will witness similar weather in the coming days. An official of IMD here said the maximum temperature is likely to settle at 24 degrees C. UNI DS RJ RSA 1037
