Flipkart’s Haringhata warehouse receives highest IGBC certification

Kolkata, Oct 19 (UNI) Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) has given its highest IGBC certification level - Platinum - to e-commerce marketplace Flipkart's warehouse in West Bengal's Haringhata.
As a part of its net-zero commitment, the indigenous e-commerce major has adopted the Indian Green Building Council’s (IGBC) Green Logistics Parks and Warehouses Rating system for its warehouses, the company said in a media release on Wednesday.
It is the first e-commerce company to have a platinum-certified warehouse of this scale, and by a significant margin for multiple features.
