New Delhi, Sep 9 (UNI) In the Dedicated Freight Corridors being built separately for goods trains, the Khurja-Bhadan section of the eastern corridor in Uttar Pradesh will be formally opened for traffic on October 2 that is on Gandhi Jayanti, while the freight trains will start operating on this 194 km section from Wednesday.
Anurag Sachan, managing director of the Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited, told reporters here on Monday that after starting the commercial operation of goods trains on the Khurja Bhadan section, about 15 freight trains will run on it.
