Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Mar 22 2016 5:28PM Finance Minister presents tax-free deficit budget in ArunachalItanagar, Mar 22 (UNI) Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Kalikho Pul today presented a tax-free deficit budget with a special thrust on investment sectors.The Chief Minister, who is also incharge of Finance Department, tabled in the Assembly, a Rs. 367.58 crore fiscal deficit budget with a Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) 1.80 % for the financial year 2016-17.In his speech, he informed that the total revenue receipt from state’s own revenue and receipt from the Centre has been estimated to be Rs 12,805.00 crore during the year, while total expenditure was estimated at Rs.13,172.58 crore with an estimated deficit of Rs. 367.58 crore.
