New Delhi, Oct 5 (UNI) Ghana U-17 coach Paa Kwesi Fabin is confident of a good show in the FIFA Under-17 World Cup and believes his side is one of the best of the 24 teams participating in the prestigious tournament, starting tomorrow. Addressing mediapersons on the eve of their opening encounter against Colombia at the Jawaharlal Nehru (JLN) stadium here, Fabin said,"I don't think any of them (African countries) has over taken us. We are still the best and we are going to prove to everyone that we are still the leaders. We are here to prove that." "Every good team takes time to get well, I think now you will see that work," added he. On the other side, defender Gideon Acquah too, seemed confident of their preprations and said,"We are well prepared, we have been doing a lot so we are here to showcase our talent, we are here to prove to the world what we have." "If I top the goal chart I will be happy, although I'm a defender, so anything I will be happy to do," added the 17-year-old. Significantly, two-time champions Ghana, also known as Black Starlets, have qualified for the first time since 2007 and are placed in Group A alongwith hosts India, US and Colombia. UNI KU SHK 1906
