Election observer for Teacher’s MLC election launches training classes to presiding officers

Kakinada, Mar 6(UNI) Election observer for East-West Godavari teachers constituency MLC elections Samuel Ananda Kumar has advised the presiding officers to be more cautious before and after the polling in view of the complications involved in the election process.
Launching the training programme for the presiding officers and assistant presiding officers at the collectorate here on Saturday, he said the presiding officers should be very careful as the number of voters were comparatively less.
He advised them to strictly adhere to the guidelines given in the handbook and strive for successful conduct of the elections.

Hyderabad, Apr 26 (UN) The sleuths of the commissioner’s Task Force of South zone team here have busted an International Smartphone snatching and smuggling gang by arresting 17 accused persons including 5 Sudanese nationals
The Taskforce team along with Bandlaguda Police has busted an International SmartPhones Smuggling & Snatching Gang and recovered stolen property worth Rs 1.75 crore from the accused, Hyderabad City Police Commissioner Kothakota Sreenivasa Reddy said in a press conference here on Friday.

Thiruvananthapuram, Apr 26 (UNI) As voters in Kerala are all set to go to polls to elect their representatives in the Lok Sabha on Friday (April 26), the state has set a model for the country by effectively implementing green protocol and waste disposal methods in all the 20 constituencies during election campaigns, successfully achieving the target of ‘garbage-free polls.’
The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer in Kerala in concert with Suchitwa Mission had brought out a handbook on the procedures to be followed strictly by the campaigners and election officials before the commencement of electioneering.
