Munich, Dec 7 (UNI) Elavenil Valarivan, one of the prodigy from Gagan Narang Sports Promotion Foundation (GNSPF), was on Saturday honoured by the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) with the Golden Target 2019 for her outstanding performance throughout the year in the 10-m air rifle women category.
The prestigious award is bestowed upon individuals for their exceptional performance in the year and finishing top of the 2019 ranking table.
Valarivan was mentored by Gagan Narang and trained by Neha Chavan at Gun for Glory Shooting Academy. She finished the international season winning Gold medal in ISSF World Cup Finals, China.
