Efforts to empower maize producing farmers in the Mah.state: Sattar

New Delhi/Mumbai, Apr 18 (UNI) Maize farmers will benefit and be empowered if the process from cultivation to sale of maize is improved. The state government is committed to this and it is the role of the state government to provide maximum support to the business chain related to this issue, the state agriculture minister Abdul Sattar asserted here on Tuesday.
Sattar was speaking on the initiative of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and in association with Yes Bank, 'Maize Summit 2023' was organized at FICCI Auditorium, Mandi House in Delhi.
State Agriculture Minister Sattar, Union Agriculture Department Secretary Manoj Ahuja, FICCI T. R. Keshavan along with other dignitaries were present on the dais.
