Dr Prashant Prakash conferred upon with API Oration Award

Patna, March 8 ( UNI ) The Association of Physicians of India today awarded Dr Prashant Prakash, Professor and Head, Pulmonary Medicine SN Medical college Agra with Prof Rathnavelu Subramanian Endowment Oration Award for the year 2021.
Dr Prakash has been conferred upon with the award for attaining excellence in his field and for the prestige he achieved in the medical profession.
After his felicitation , Dr Prakash told UNI over telephone from Agra today that during the Oration Award ceremony, held virtually, he delivered a lecture on Use of Non Invasive Ventilation in Acute Respiratory Failure especially in background of COVID 19 Pandemic. Non invasive ventilation is a modus of artificial respiration in patient of COVID, he informed.

As many as 58 58 percent electorate exercised their franchise during second phase of Lok Sabha elections in Bihar

Patna, Apr 26 (UNI) Scorching heat appears to have affected polling percentage during the second phase of Lok Sabha elections in five seats in Bihar, as only 58.58 percent electorate exercised their franchise compared to 62.92 percent in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, which is 4.34 percent less this year.
