Dr Karad directed to MJP & concern contractor to speed up new pipe line work

Aurangabad, Dec 3 (UNI) Union Minister of State for Finance Dr. Bhagwat Karad and State Cooperative Minister Atul Save on Saturday expressed their displeasure and directed the concern contractor to speed up and complete the work of the new pipeline scheme cost of Rs 1680 crores by February 2024 which now reached above Rs 2500 crore.
It may noted that previous Fadanvis government has sanctioned the new water pipe line between Jayakwadi dam to Aurangabad city of Rs 1680 crores to solve the problems of drinking water supply of the city.
They also stressed upon the officers of Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran (MJP) to speed up the work by adopting strict attitude against the contractor.
