District Veterinary & Animal Husbandry Joint Director in ACB's net

Hyderabad, Nov 12 (UNI) The sleuths of Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Monday caught red handed District Veterinary & Animal Husbandry Joint Director when he was accepting bribe amount of Rs 50,000.
Dr Tenugonda Yellanna, Joint Director (District Veterinary & Animal Husbandry Officer), Mancherial was caught red handed at his office at Mulkalla Village, Hazipur Mandal of Mancherial District when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.50,000 from the complainant M Venkateswar Rao, Manager, M/s.Seventy Seven Express Transport of Nizampet, here for doing official favour-- for processing and disbursing two bills for Rs.30,08,134 and Rs.12,74,133 pertaining to transportation charges of sheep under Sheep Rearing Development Programme and also for further processing of future bills, an ACB statement here said.
The bribe amount of Rs 50,000 was recovered.
