Dhoni's role will be crucial in Champions Trophy: Sachin

New Delhi, May 19 (UNI) Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar believes Team India will emerge out victorious in the upcoming Champions Trophy and said that MS Dhoni's experience will play a key role in the prestigious tournament.

   Speaking on the sidelines of the promotion of his upcoming biopic- 'Sachin, a Billion Dreams' here, the 44-year-old said that Dhoni's batting position should be decided by the team management.

   India had lifted the Champions Trophy in 2013 under the leadership of the Ranchi stumper however, this time the team will be led by Virat Kohli as Dhoni has given up from captaincy and will be featuring in the side as a wicketkeeper-batsman. Talking about the importance of Dhoni in the team, Sachin said to UNI,"A call on Dhoni's batting position should be taken by the team management. He is well aware about the conditions in England and also understands his game well." "Situations vary from game to game and and a lot relies on Dhoni's batting.
