Demand for Commission to probe Pakistan's ex-Chief Justice Saqib Nisar audio leak

Islamabad, Nov 28 (UNI) The Sindh High Court Bar Association (SHCBA) and judicial commission member from Sindh has moved the Islam­a­bad High Court (IHC) for setting up of an independent commission to ascertain the authenticity of the leaked audio clip of former Chief Justice of Pakistan Saqib Nisar.
The committee will also investigate events before and after the conviction of Nawaz Sharif.
According to a report by Dawn, the etition filed by SHCBA Pre­si­dent Salahuddin Ahmed and member of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan (Sindh) Syed Haider Imam Rizvi highlighted the events which were reported in the mainstream media prior, during and after the conviction of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif, his daughter and son-in-law.
