Delhi Govt gives Rs 1 cr as ex-gratia to kin of deceased cops of Delhi police

New Delhi, Sep 17 (UNI) The Delhi government on Tuesday decided to extend the ex-gratia payment of Rs one crore each to families of eight policemen (from Delhi police) who died on duty.
A meeting was held at Delhi Secretariat today headed by Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and a team of ministers, including Satyender Jain, Urban Development Minister and Kailash Gahlot, Minister of Revenue, Law and Transport.
Among the beneficiaries, the families of eight policemen were approved. They are families of Vijay Singh, ASI, Jeetender, ASI, Mahavir Singh, ASI, Guljhari Lal, Head Constable, Raj Pal Singh Kasana, Head Constable, Khajan Singh, SI, Dharambir Singh, ASI (Exe), and Amarpal, Constable.
