DAV College students protest against HPU

Kangra, Aug 30 (UNI) Hundreds of the students both boys and girls of Mehar Chand Mahajan Dayanand Anglo Vedic (MCM DAV) college here today boycotted their classes on second consecutive day and held protest against the Himachal Pradesh University for poor result of first semester of graduation under RUSA.
The students, both boys and girls, boycotted classes and held protest demonstration outsidethe college gate. They took out a protest march through the main market of the town and submitted a memorandum to the SDM Kangra Debasweta Banik for onward transmission to the University authorities.
The protesting students raised slogans against the HPU authorities and demanded revaluation of their answer sheets. The protesting students alleged that more than 90 percent students were figuring in the 'F' grade which was looking unusual and illogical.
