Dalit girl gangraped again in 3 years by same accused

Chandigarh, Jul 18 (UNI) A 20-year-old Dalit girl in Rohtak was allegedly gangraped on Wednesday by the same accused, who had earlier committed the same crime on her in 2013.
The family members of the victim alleged that the girl was gangraped again because they did not reach a compromise, despite repeated threats from the accused. They said the accused gangraped her to ‘punish’ her for not accepting an out-of-court settlement.
The victim was gangraped by five men in Bhiwani three years ago. The family had filed an FIR and two of the five accused were arrested, who were later released on bail.
