Credit Suisse top official files petition in Bombay HC against bank

Pune Feb 12 (UNI) In a short span of time, another case of top rank official of Credit Suisse bank has filed a Criminal Writ Petition before Bombay High Court against the bank and its top officials, sources said on Wednesday.

Nisheet Singh, who was working with the foreign bank since 2015, filed the petition through his lawyer Adv Aashutosh Srivastava alleging cheating, harassment, conspiracy and criminal breach of trust by the bank and its top officials.
