Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jan 21 2016 7:51PM CPI(M) member Jayarajan listed as accused by CBIKannur, Jan 21 (UNI) The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI)probing the sensational RSS district functionary Manoj of Kathiroor murder case today filed two reports before the Thalassery District Sessions Court stating that CPI(M) Kannur district secretary and state committee member P Jayarajan has been named as an accused on charge of being the main conspirator and 25th accused under section 18 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). CBI Sources told UNI that Jayarajan was already listed under section 120(B) of the IPC. The accused had attacked Manoj with three bombs before murdering him More over, this was a planned murder and the CBI filed the first chargesheet clearly mentioning the relationship between Jayarajan and the first accused VIkraman. Manoj was murdered as he was involved in the attempt to murder of P Jayarajan in 1999. This was also revealed in the chargesheet by the CBI.
